I’ve moved up the ranks and played a key role in shaping the Support Lab. I train new Lab Aides, teaching them both tactical skills and the importance of being a great team player. We’re a tight-knit group that celebrates every win together, whether it’s signing off a new Lab Aide or achieving milestones in our personal lives. The supportive and fun environment we’ve built is what I cherish the most. Looking ahead, I’m excited about the opportunity to share my passion for what we do with more people as we keep growing!
