Compliance at StimLabs
StimLabs’ value of Act with Integrity is reflected in the way we conduct business. We are committed to being a trusted leader in regenerative science, earning the confidence of patients and health care professionals through dedication and integrity.
In keeping with that commitment to provide the highest quality products to patients while maintaining the highest standards of business ethics, we have established a Comprehensive Compliance Program to help our employees and third parties navigate applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice.
Our Comprehensive Compliance Program (CCP) is based on the OIG’s Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and the AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals. This CCP helps StimLabs prevent and detect violations of our business standards. StimLabs employs a Compliance Officer who is accountable to the company’s General Counsel and the Chief Executive Officer. The Compliance Officer leads a cross-functional Compliance Committee responsible for overseeing the CCP.
The CPP includes:

- Training and Education
- Communication Mechanisms
- Internal Monitoring and Auditing
- Responding to Potential Violations
- Corrective Action Procedures
In accordance with California Health and Safety Code §§119400 – 119402, StimLabs has established an annual spending limit of $2,500 USD for individual gifts, promotional materials, and items or activities directed to health care professionals. The CCP has an internal monitoring system in place to help ensure compliance with the spending limits.
In accordance with California’s Health and Safety Code §§119400-119402, to our knowledge and based upon a good faith understanding of applying the pharmaceutical statute to a medical device company, StimLabs is in compliance in all material respects with our CCP.
