Use of a dHUCP Device in the Management of a Diabetic Foot Ulcer
Case History
A 79-year-old male with a history of diabetes and vascular-associated comorbidities underwent a resection of the metatarsal and base of proximal phalanx of the fifth toe on the right foot that resulted in diabetic pressure ulcer. The wound healed after 8 applications of Corplex P and remained healed throughout follow-up visits over the following month.
